Privacy policy
What information BioLogic Company collects when you visit our website or place an order, how we use it, and who to ask about it.
Effective date: November 2, 2026
BioLogic Company, Inc. ("BioLogic", "we") respects your privacy. This page explains, in plain English, what we collect and why.
When you place an order
Checkout on our website is handled by Shopify, the online store platform we use. When you order, Shopify collects the information needed to complete it: your name, shipping and billing address, email, phone number, and payment details. Your payment card details are processed by Shopify's payment system; BioLogic doesn't see or store your full card number.
We use your order information to:
- ship your order and send you order and shipping updates
- answer questions about your order
- keep the business and tax records the law requires
To deliver your package, we share your name and address with the shipping carrier. Shopify's own privacy policy explains how Shopify handles the information it collects.
When you browse our website
Our website itself doesn't ask you for personal information, and it doesn't use tracking or advertising cookies. It uses one small cookie to remember what's in your cart. We count visits in a basic way that doesn't use cookies or identify you, so we can see which pages are useful.
Our videos are hosted on YouTube and shown in YouTube's privacy-enhanced mode. Nothing from YouTube loads until you press play. Once you do, YouTube's privacy policy applies to that video.
When you contact us
If you contact us through our form or by email, we use what you send (like your name, email, and photos of your pest problem) to answer you. Messages from our contact form are delivered to us by an outside form service. We keep that correspondence as long as it's useful for helping you.
What we don't do
- We don't sell or rent your information to anyone.
- We don't share it with other companies for their marketing.
Children
Our website is meant for adults. We don't knowingly collect information from children under 13.
Changes
If we change this policy, we'll update this page.
