The basic terms for using the BioLogic Company website and ordering our products.

These terms apply when you use this website or order from BioLogic Company, Inc. ("BioLogic", "we"). By using the site or placing an order, you agree to them.
Using this website
The information on this site, including pest identification, timing, and application advice, is offered to help you use our products well. We work to keep it accurate, but conditions vary from yard to yard, and we can't promise it's free of errors. The text, photos, and directions on this site belong to BioLogic. Please don't copy them for commercial use without asking.
Orders
- Checkout is handled by Shopify. Prices, availability, and your order total are shown at checkout.
- Some products, like Ecomask and Heteromask, are made in batches and aren't always available. If we can't fill your order, we'll let you know and refund you.
- We ship every product only to addresses in the 48 contiguous states and Washington, DC. See Shipping and arrival for ship days and delivery details.
- Nematodes are alive and perishable. Please refrigerate them as soon as they arrive.
Using our products
Use our products only as directed on the package and in our application directions. Keep packages away from children, and don't eat the contents.
What we guarantee, and what we don't
We stand behind delivery: if your order is lost, damaged, or delayed more than 3 days, we'll replace it. See Refunds and guarantee. Beyond that, we can't guarantee pest control results, because results depend on things we can't control, like storage after delivery, how and when the product is applied, weather, soil, and how bad the infestation is. We make no other warranty, expressed or implied.
To the extent the law allows, our responsibility for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania.
Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. The version posted here when you place an order applies to that order.
